If you can't read the little tiny, weathered sign, it says: "PRIMITIVE ROAD: NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PASSENGER CARS OR TRAILERS". Unfortunately for us, the Forest Service didn't think this sign was appropriate at the BEGINNING of the 11 miles of road we traveled. No, they put the sign at the END of the road, indicating what we had just traveled (11 miles in 1 hour 45 minutes) was not fit for passenger cars. Yeah. We have a Honda Civic Hybrid. My passenger car made it, but only just barely.More to the story after I've slept a bit more. Camping is not for sleeping, apparently.
