Tummy trouble

I've been ill for the last 36 or so hours - the kind of ill where the toilet becomes your new best friend from both ends. Is it food-related or some little bug I picked up? Or is it the dreaded Crohn's disease, which I'm constantly on the lookout for because my mom has a severe case and it can be hereditary. No matter what it is, it has given me abdominal cramps that rival labor so much that I've resorted to my Hypnobabies to get through them. Keith has had to help me a lot, as I'm afraid I'll drop Alder if a cramp hits while I'm holding him. Hoping for relief soon. It is getting better, just very slowly. Ugh.
